The MARKOLASER HALLMARKER is a specialist of marking on precious metals. The different ways of marking on gold/silver makes it most versatile and thus stand out from the rest of the competition. The different ways of marking with JL-20:

• Marking of crisp, sharp and thin lines on the metals ensures extremely low loss of Gold/silver for giving a permanent mark on the jewelry.
• On very shiny polished Gold or Silver jewelry, micro patterns can be done in such a manner that it becomes difficult to copy such watermarks, hence the product cannot be replicated.
• Another requirement of Gold/silver Hallmarking institutions is DEEP but very fine marking. MARKOLASER Jewelase JL-20 gives these results in one pass ONLY reducing the loss of gold/silver.
• MARKOLASER is still undergoing more research in developing more economic and sustainable competitive advantage in jewellery marking applications.

JL-20, A heavy duty marking and engraving machine, is an upgrade of JL-HM-20, comes with additional standard features like automatic Z motion, high speed, long duty cycle capability and long working hours ( up to 72) and 2 years of Warranty(ask for warranty terms & conditions) on the entire machine. Not only is it a much faster laser machine than JL-HM-20, but it can do limited engraving on precious metals like gold and silver. Along with all the features of JL-HM-20, it also includes a setup ready for rotary marking for induction later on. It is also possible to run the laser machine from a distance.
